◆Product process advantage
1 Epoxy resin composite insulation tube bus adopts the principle of capacitive voltage equating, and the number of capacitive screen layers and the ladder difference between screens are designed according to the voltage level of the product and the insulation performance of the material.
2 The current-carrying conductor shall be copper tube or aluminum tube according to the current size.
3 The insulating layer is made of fiber composite material, and the capacitor shielding layer is made of carbon nanotube semi-conductive material. After the winding is completed according to the design requirements, the epoxy resin is impregnated with pressure in a vacuum state, and the epoxy resin composite insulating tube bus is made by high temperature curing.
